A investigation was opened on 16-12-2015 regarding the possible evasion of measures imposed by the EU in relation to the import of hand pallet trucks from China and their possible modification to avoid the corresponding antidumping duties.
As cited in the official journal and in its presentation, the following is established:
IMPLEMENTING REGULATION 2015 – 2346 of 15-12-15 opens an investigation into the possible evasion of the antidumping measures imposed by Implementing Regulation No. 1008-2011, as amended by No. 372-2013, on imports of hand pallet trucks and their parts originating in China by means of slightly modified hand pallet trucks from China, and therefore are subject to registration.
