FAB01 and FAB02 sublimation fabrics are manufactured in Bangladesh and China, respectively. Their weight, composition, and grammage make these fabrics the perfect raw material for customizing garments with digital printing.
Sublimation is a process that can only be carried out on fabrics with a minimum content of 70% polyester. Our sublimation fabrics have up to 100% polyester, so the sublimation process achieves optimal results, without cotton.
The main advantage of sublimation is that the printing is durable, with great definition and no color limit. With this printing system, unique and original garments are achieved, with designs chosen by the customer.
The only limitation of sublimation textiles is that they must have a polyester composition of not less than 70%. The chemical sublimation process involves converting a material from a solid to a gaseous state without passing through the liquid state. In this way, printing can be done using transfers with high-definition digital printers with special inks developed for this process.
The chosen design is transferred to the fabric using calenders, which pass the fabric and the transfer through rollers that apply constant heat. The fabric must be able to withstand the heat required for printing.
Characteristics of sublimation fabrics
The FAB01 reference is an ideal sublimation fabric for making garments. It is manufactured in Bangladesh, a country known for the quality of its textile factories. The fabric composition is 90% polyester and 10% spandex. Thanks to the spandex, the garments, slightly elastic, do not lose their original shape. The fabric rolls are 182 cm wide and weigh 130 grams. They withstand calendering from 220ºC to 240ºC.
The FAB02 reference is manufactured in China with a composition of 100% polyester, making it suitable for sublimation without any problems. The rolls are 180 cm wide and weigh 130 grams. They withstand calendering from 220ºC to 250ºC.
For both references, the minimum order varies between 15,000 kg and 20,000 kg. It is delivered to the customer with the packaging requested by the customer and with the preferred Incoterm. The most common Incoterm is DDP, meaning with the total price once the order is delivered to the warehouse. If desired, we can negotiate FOB, CIF, and CFR conditions.
The average delivery time is 30 days for manufacturing and another 30 days for sea transportation, the most common and economical. Before formalizing the importation, you can request samples of the product to ensure that everything is correct.
The DDP prices for Spain include all import costs and taxes: international and national transport expenses, insurance, financial expenses, services, tax payment, and RC.
